MATERIAL RETURN INSTRUCTIONS To ensure prompt credit for your return merchandise, please follow below instructions: Enclose a copy of the attached RMA form with your return shipment. Return only those products which have been authorized for return. Enclose a copy of the original Ozkon Packing slip/ Invoice, if available. Otherwise, include your own packing slip to identify the product and quantity to be returned. Fill out “Box _1_ of _1_” of the enclosed RMA label and attach the labels outside of each shipping carton (if there are multiple cartons) to help us process your RMA on time. Return all goods via prepaid freight, unless otherwise indicated by Ozkon. Customer must pay for the freight charge back to Ozkon. Ensure that your shipment reaches us prior to the 10-days RMA expiration date. Return material Packaging instructions: Please use original packaging and labels whenever possible. ESD sensitive and Moisture Sensitive products must be returned in sealed bags and packaging to prevent damage. Note: Prior to issuing your credit, Ozkon will inspect and verify the merchandise. Ozkon reserves the right to reject merchandise received in poor condition due to improper packaging or other reasons which are in contradiction with industry standards.
